@sir I'd prefer if it checked in the filesystem first, and only used the compiled-in version if the file is not present in the filesystem. That'd allow for easier runtime customization.
@Wolf480pl this is why I haven't marked a stable release yet, I want to experiment with the best approach to this
@sir I always quite liked https://www.linuxjournal.com/content/embedding-file-executable-aka-hello-world-version-5967 for this, though it loads the content as an embedded string rather than file.
