microSD cards are among my least favorite ubiquitous standards

Wrote a crappy IRC bot in C around Bellard's JavaScript engine to put a tiny JS repl in our IRC channel

Feel free to use it if you dare

@sir oh, you mean expecting the user to input the numeric ID in the login form, instead of just using the numeric ID as primary key in the database, but still using username in the UI?

If you're thinking about making a web portal where you assign users numeric identifiers instead of usernames

Fucking don't, jesus

What are the best indie games of the last 3 or 4 years? If you had to pick no more than 3 titles

A friend of mine taught our IRC bot GPT-2 and trained it on our channel's logs going back 4 years. The first message it sent was "o/" (a common greeting in our channel)

Further progress

Finally beat that blasted B side summit 🎉

Would like to give CircleCI a big friendly "fuck you" for forcing people to give them access to their github account just to read build logs

Finally, please agree to make your videos available as CC-BY-SA 😄

Please also include some information about how you navigate through documents as you edit and any language-aware features which make it easier to do so, i.e. ctrl+left to move back a word, or shift+double click to highlight text word-wise

Also, if you use an IME, a recording of your screen while you use it and narrate how you do so would be helpful

Do you have a non-ANSI and non-ISO keyboard? If so, would you please make a video of yourself typing on it, ideally narrating the features that you're using to input effectively in your language? Especially interested in this for CJK users suffered an unplanned partial outage this morning:

First outage of 2020, RIP

I'm happy to announce that aerc 0.3.0 is now available on Debian unstable! 🎉

I'm still ironing out some issues which prevent it from hitting testing, and there is a bit more work to be done for 0.4, but it should be available in a few weeks latest.

cc @sir

@sir have you seen the stuff happening with the Open Technology Fund recently?

"The head of the Open Technology Fund (OTF) Corporation, which funds internet freedom projects and technologies, resigned Wednesday because she said she became aware of a lobbying effort that would push the group's funds toward closed-source tools rather than the open-source ones it has traditionally championed."
