"Hadn't've" is the best word in he English language, hands down. If it hadn't've been invented, we wouldn't've gotten any good words.

@sir "I'd've" is a good one too. Doubly apostrophised (*also* a good word) words are the best.

@sir Well that's just one way of connecting several words together. German, Swedish, Finnish and many other languages have something similar, but what makes English interesting in this case is the way it's shortening the words.
